Lindsay Wagner to receive Star on Palm Spring's Walk of Stars

Actress Lindsay Wagner, star of the original "Bionic Woman" television series, will be honored with the Golden Palm Star on the Palm Springs Walk of Stars. The star will be unveiled during a dedication ceremony at The Shops at The Corridor located at 515 N. Palm Canyon Drive on Saturday May 12, 2012 at 5:00p.m. Expected guests include actor Richard Anderson from "The Bionic Woman" and "Six Million Dollar Man," Lynda Carter from "Wonder Woman," actress Ruta Lee, and Dr. Gladys McGarey.

Wagner throughout her career has been an actress, advocate, humanitarian and author. She won an Emmy for her role as Jamie Summers on "The Bionic Woman."

She appeared in such movies as "The Taking of Flight 847," "Evil In Clear River," "Child's Cry" and "I Want To Live."
